Customer Authorization Codes

If you sell to retail grocers in a pre-sales direct store delivery environment, you have the capability to specify authorization codes by store and department. These codes control unauthorized orders during order processing.

Future Price Lists and Other Guides

You can print a Future Price List for a customer as of a specified date to notify the customer of pending price changes. You can also print bar coded customer order guides from the Contract Pricing system. The product and department sequence for each Customer Order Guide can be user defined. Using our optional FAX Pack module you can broadcast selected price lists to customers every week via fax without hand-feeding the fax machine. This saves time and increases accuracy.

Recalculate Selling Price Based on a Changed Cost

Food/6000® was designed for fast and easy price changes. You have flexible calculation methods: markup, margin and dollar markup over cost. You can also specify an effective date of the price change.

Customer Rebates

Although rebates do not effect the invoice price, they certainly effect your bottom line. Food/6000®'s Customer/ Vendor Rebates module automatically calculates a rebate when invoicing occurs, providing you with a full accounting of the transaction. A special sales history report shows you inside margin by product after all rebates are earned and paid.
